Practice Schedule:

Monday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Tuesday: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Friday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

All practices are held at the Lincoln High School Natitorium. Practice length is determined on age, ability and needs of the swimmer.

We are grateful to have a leader with the experience, dedication and heart that Coach Dave Kontz has! Coach Kontz began swimming in 9th grade and went to State in high school for the 50 and 100 freestyle. As a UW-Stout student, Coach qualified for nationals his junior and senior years. He continued swimming competitively until the age of 33. In addition, Coach K has been a head coach at every level: age programs for 4 levels, high school head coach for two teams, and assistant coach at UW-Milwaukee. He has personally coached five All-Americans, and numerous state champions at all levels. Coach looks forward to spending time with his loved ones, giving back to the community, and working with swimmers and their families.
